Claims and ownership

Claiming a handle saves a token draft. Only Instagram verification establishes the linked identity. Anyone may nominate a handle for a launch. Only the matching Instagram owner may claim its creator fees. Public creator discovery links do not indicate endorsement or a token launch.

Transactions and fees

Creating a draft does not create an on-chain token. Requesting a launch authorizes Bloom to create the token using its server wallet. Before creating a coin, you send the quoted creation funding to Bloom’s wallet with the unique payment memo. Sending-wallet network fees are additional. Bloom verifies the finalized payment, then submits the launch. Funding is recorded against one draft and cannot be reused for another. Cost estimates may differ from final network costs. Mistaken, excess or unreferenced transfers require operator reconciliation; there is no automatic refund flow. Claiming fees requires identity and payout-wallet verification; the claimant pays withdrawal transaction costs. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by Bloom.

Creator fees depend on eligible trading activity and Pump.fun’s rules. Earnings and token value are not guaranteed. Bloom controls the keys to managed creator-fee vaults and authorizes withdrawals after identity and wallet verification. The owner can choose a verified payout wallet between completed claims. Pending claims retain their original destination. Availability of withdrawals depends on Bloom’s service and key custody. Launching a coin gives no rights to its creator fees.
